Be A Santa To A Senior! Now Hiring Elves in Michigan

Be A Santa To A Senior!  Every year, Home Instead Senior Care teams up with local community groups and non-profit organizations to provide Christmas gifts to thousands of needy and shut-in seniors.  Over the past three years we have given necessities to more than 7,000 seniors in Oakland County.  This year, Home Instead has teamed up with every National City Bank and ACO Hardware in Oakland County for the program that begins on Wednesday, November 5, and ends on Friday, December 5, 2008.  During this time, participants can visit any of the National City or ACO locations in the county and adopt a senior by removing a paper ornament from the display and purchasing the needed gifts.  Return the gifts to the same location, unwrapped, and our volunteers will collect them and wrap them later in the month.  Gifts range in price from $10 to $25.

You can help!  Adopt a senior by purchasing a gift.  If your company would like to participate, call 248-203-2273 and adopt a block of seniors.  We also need help wrapping gifts.  You can sign-up for a block of time by calling 248-203-2273.  Learn more about the program at www.beasantatoasenior.com.
